Meet Karl.
Hi, I'm Karl, founder of KMG Properties.
I studied finance and started out as a senior analyst in the corporate world. Later, I managed assets for a development company. Those years taught me to slow down and look closely at every deal.
Today, our team buys and transforms homes across Winnipeg. Some we sell, and some we keep as rentals and look after ourselves.
Faith is at the heart of everything I do. It's why we do the work right, even when no one's watching.
When I'm not working, you'll probably find me at the gym or out for a walk with my fiancée Kia and our dog Rocky, coffee in hand. I love to travel, and every new city means a new local coffee shop to try.
